Water pressure in the showers is shockingly weak, consistently unacceptable!!! Maintenance issues are already appearing with the fixtures. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously-finding pubic hair in the bathroom is just plain embarrassing!!!

Location: the hotel was near to the ferry on the coast as well as several eateries. Visited Dick's Wings & Grill for a few drinks, it was relatively close to the venue, recommend.

The staff were excellent - really enjoyed that. The room was clean & well maintained and available with a comfortable chair for reading and a spotless bathroom, as for instance. The location was magnificent and good - close to Jekyll Island, St Mary's, visitors center, and several eateries in the immediate area. Furthermore, close to restaurants...

The breakfast was a delicious surprise, with ample choices that satisfied my cravings.
The mattress in my room was quite uncomfortable, leaving me with a sore back the next morning. While the room felt fresh, it was clear that improvements were needed in the bedding.
